Reporting Inappropriate Content
You can report inappropriate or abusive content directly within the app using the built-in reporting option. Reports made in-app are sent directly to our moderation team for review.
Alternatively, you can email us at support@veilmessages.com with details of the content you’d like to report.
We investigate all reports within 24 hours. Offending content will be removed, and accounts responsible for repeated violations will be suspended or banned.
Blocking Abusive Users
Veil allows you to block other users directly within the app. Blocking will stop you from receiving messages from them in the future. If blocking does not resolve the issue, please also contact our team so we can take further action.
Removing Posts You’ve Made
If you would like to delete a post you’ve created, you can do so directly in the app. If you need assistance, reach out to us at support@veilmessages.com and we’ll help remove the content.
Response Times
Our support team responds to all emails within 24 hours. For urgent matters such as abusive content, we act as quickly as possible.
